ABOUT

Two people who have been on both sides of the table.

Semitrical exists because the information needed to negotiate well with a chip supplier is already public, and almost nobody on the buying side has the time to read it.

What we collect on this site

We count how many people visit each page, which sections they read, what they click, and roughly how long they stay. This tells us which pages are useful and which are not.

We do not set cookies. Nothing is stored on your device. We do not use any third-party advertising or analytics service, and we do not share this information with anyone.

We record a shortened version of your IP address — the last part is removed before it is stored, so it indicates a rough region and cannot identify you. We cannot tell one visitor from another, and we cannot link your visit today to a visit next week.

If we sent you a personalised link

Reports and articles we send directly sometimes carry a personalised link. That lets us see whether the person we sent it to opened it and which parts they read. If you received a link from us, this applies to you, and we are happy to send a version without it — just ask.
